  1. Tickets & Documents

E-tickets and vouchers will be shared via email/WhatsApp once the booking is confirmed.

Customers must carry valid government-issued ID for check-in and boarding.

SB Travelz is not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, or transport operators.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included unless specified.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
