Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

 

  1. Cancellations by Customer

Flight/Hotel/Package cancellations are subject to the respective airline, hotel, or supplier policies.

SB Travelz may charge a service fee in addition to supplier cancellation charges.

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

 

  1. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for no-shows (failure to board/check-in).

 

  1. Modifications

Date/Name/Booking modifications are subject to airline/hotel rules and may involve additional charges.

 

  1. Cancellations by SB Travelz

In rare cases of overbooking, technical errors, or non-availability, SB Travelz reserves the right to cancel a booking and provide a full refund.
